Everyone was helpful and polite Arrived exactly on time. Gave accurate estimate. All paperwork ready and acurate. Matthew and Paul got to work immediately. Reasonable rates, hard workers and very nice young men. I chose the 8-10 am time frame they called 1/2 hour before they arrived as promised. This was so easy and went without a hitch. I recommend them highly and will use them again. They have high ratings on Angies List and my neighbor had used them before and told me what a stress free service.

Your employees, Marchese and Bacardi, were terrific. They were quick and efficient, provided us with two estimates - one for just the sofa, and one for the sofa plus two recliners. They made suggestions and did not pressure us to take one estimate over the other. I am particularly pleased that your company will try to get a charity to accept our donations and if a charity does accept part or all of it, we will get a receipt for the donation. I highly recommend Junkluggers !

The foreman was knowledgeable and forthcoming about the work and possible estimates and options for the removal and his coworker was synced with him , they worked together carefully courteous and at a safe pace. They also did an excellent job sweeping the garage and driveway work area. It was crunch time for my wife and I and there was no way we could have cleaned the garage and prepared the home for the buyers to move in the next day without the service being done right away within a few hours of calling the office and having them on site almost immediately. We thank you.

We used The Junkluggers of Queens and Long Island to cleanout one of our offices in a leased space and some debris in one of our healthcare facilities. At the office building, the owner delayed our cleanout for almost 2 hours. These men remained calm and just kept doing little doings until the all clear from the landlord to use the elevator. They were friendly, clean , and were very cautious when removing all our debris. Evan , the sales rep answered his phone whenever I called , which for me is an important quality. It was a smooth and stress free day working with Junkluggers .

I needed to have a very large very heavy piece of equipment removed from my office. The gentleman who showed to quote me was extremely professional and so was his office staff when I called with questions. The two young men who came to remove the equipment were not daunted by the task at hand. they literally had to saw the thing in pieces to get it out of here. Two others came to help and soon the equipment was gone. They were clean and even offered to sweep the area clean after the removal. I would definitely call them again.

Super professional service from everyone: phone service reps, request for Cerificate of Liability Service, pick up crew arrived early, quote was pretty close to phone quote, very nice guys who were in and out in ten minutes removing sofa bed and chair/ottoman. If you have a sofa bed, don't even waste time trying to donate it. No one (including Housing Works) will take a sofa bed. Call JungLuggers, I give them the highest possible ratings. PS: if you live in a co-op in NYC, you will need to put in a request for COI at least TWO days before scheduled pick up.
