Both Doug and the scheduling woman that I spoke with on the phone were helpful, pleasant and reassuring that things would go smoothly. The men were able to come the next day to remove my monstrosity. Kevin called before coming and he and the 'mighty man' did a quick job of loading the freezer that the town had said was 'too big' for the garbage truck.
