The whole process from friendly scheduling to service is outstanding. It's nice to know what the size of space on the truck equates to, like the example I was given relating it to numbers of stacked washing machines. I appreciate the call ahead of arrival. The "junkluggers" were extremely pleasant, updated me on their arrival time, worked quickly, and did a tremendous job of fitting things into the trucks. From my first call to Junkluggers, everyone was so professional and pleasant. Quite refreshing! They came same day (which was a huge plus) in the time window they specified. The "luggers" were friendly, professional and accommodating. The process which was explained to me during the initial phone call played out exactly as I had been informed. There were no surprises and no additional costs. My family has accumulated a lot of junk over the years and we will be using Junkluggers again. They're the best!

Men arrived on time for estimate appointment and actual removal appointment. Arrived when they said they would and very cordial and respectful. They arrived on time. Actually, the boss/manager arrived earlier than scheduled, which was wonderful because he looked over the house and was ready with a plan when the other workers arrived (even though he had come to give an estimate a few days earlier, he checked things out again). Very thorough clean up. Always checked with me during removal of items if there was anything they left behind that they should've taken. (Yes, so they came and took it). They worked constantly, they took no breaks, and they were very careful not to damage large, delicate items (fragile large sculptures that were remaining in the house) that were unfortunately placed in and around items to be removed. They were careful not to damage the walls and ceilings (large bookcases) while they removed items. They were pleasant and friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend them very highly.
