We loved all aspects of it. Your crew that did the estimate was early and did a thorough job of evaluating our needs. The crew that cleaned the house was also early. They did a great job. They filled two trucks - separating the materials based on what could and could not be donated. It was a hot, humid morning and they worked through it. We were clearing out my sister-in-laws home after she passed. I am 73 years old and my brother-in-law is 85. We both have serious medical conditions. Therefore, having you do this back breaking work was a God-sent. We thank you!

They arrived on time. Actually, the boss/manager arrived earlier than scheduled, which was wonderful because he looked over the house and was ready with a plan when the other workers arrived (even though he had come to give an estimate a few days earlier, he checked things out again). Very thorough clean up. Always checked with me during removal of items if there was anything they left behind that they should've taken. (Yes, so they came and took it). They worked constantly, they took no breaks, and they were very careful not to damage large, delicate items (fragile large sculptures that were remaining in the house) that were unfortunately placed in and around items to be removed. They were careful not to damage the walls and ceilings (large bookcases) while they removed items. They were pleasant and friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend them very highly.
