The holiday season is approaching, and many of us like to take this time to help out those in our community who are in need. At The Junkluggers, it is our mission to be a caring alternative to junk removal, and so we want to give back to our community in any way we possibly can. This year, we’ve decided to open our warehouse to the public and collaborate with Habitat for Humanity of Suffolk to provide neighborhood drop-off points for your donations!

 

We are currently working with many local charities so we can collect a wide range of items for those in need!

Our donation drop off points and hours are:

You can arrive at your choice of location during the hours posted above from November 15th, 2021 - December 16th, 2021.

Long Island Island Cares

  • Non-Perishable Food 
    • Such as Non-Refrigerated Milk, White Rice, Canned Vegetables/Meat/Fish, Cooking Oils, Cereals, Pasta, Canned Sauce, Peanut Butter, Jams & Jellies, Flour, Tea, Water, etc
  • Baby Care Items
    • Such as Diapers (All Sizes), Wipes, Formula, New Bottles, Baby Food, Baby Lotion, Baby Soap, Formula, etc
  • Personal Care Items
    • Such as Soap, Toothpaste & Brushes, Shampoo, Conditioner, Deodorant, Hair Brushes, Adult Diapers, Feminine Hygiene Products 
  • Household Items
    • Such as Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Napkins, Plastic Dinnerware, Garbage Bags, Cleaners, etc
  • Pet Food & Assorted Petcare Products
    • Such as Dry or Wet Dog/Cat Food, Caged Animal Food, Treats, Litter, New Leashes, Toys, etc

Toys For Tots

  • Toys 
    • MUST BE UNOPENED
    • Toys For Tots Will Not Distribute Realistic Looking Weapons or Gifts With Food

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island

  • Clothing
    • Especially for the cold winter months - Coats, Sweaters, Rain Jackets, Shirts, Pants, etc

Habitat for Humanity of Suffolk County

  • Building Materials & Home Products
    • Such as Hand Trucks, Pallet Jacks, Shopping Carts, Office Equipment, Cleaning Supplies, etc

ALL DONATIONS WILL BE PICKED UP ON FRIDAY DECEMBER 17TH, 2021 BY THEIR RESPECTIVE CHARITIES AT THE LOCATIONS ABOVE! DON’T MISS OUT!
